We work in labor migration projects, focusing on Filipino hotel professionals. We help German hotel companies find well-trained professionals.
The professional qualifications BS HRM (Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management) and BS HM (Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management) play a central role in the labor migration of hotel professionals from the Philippines. In Germany, these qualifications correspond to the vocational training as a hotel manager and are recognized as equivalent by the IHK FOSA in Nuremberg.
Filipino professionals who hold these degrees bring with them in-depth specialist knowledge and practical skills that prepare them well for the demands of the German hotel industry.
These professionals are able to work efficiently and professionally in various areas of the hotel and hospitality industry, from reception to housekeeping to F+B, but also in the kitchen, depending on their German language skills.
The recognition of their qualifications in Germany makes it easier for these professionals to seamlessly enter the German job market and contribute to the quality and excellence of the local hotel industry. Through the labor migration of these qualified professionals, hotels in Germany can benefit from the expertise and training standards of the Philippines.
We are always available to provide you with more information on labor migration and integration of these hotel professionals.

German residency law also allows trainees to migrate to Germany for work. The immigration procedure is less extensive, as no professional recognition is required. However, unlike a fully recognized professional, trainees need a language certificate at GER level A2 or higher.
In our network we know many school graduates in the Philippines who have a school leaving certificate comparable to an American high school diploma and who have already started language lessons to learn German.
Marlon Camagay , himself a Filipino, is your contact for questions about the successful labor migration and integration of Filipino hotel professionals to Germany.
He has had an impressive professional journey, which took him from being a migrant worker at UNICEF to working on the skilled immigration project for hotels in Germany. After studying at UCLA in Los Angeles with a focus on English and psychology, he completed master’s degrees in public administration and curriculum management in New York.
His work with UNICEF, mainly in South America, prepared him for his role as director of an international hotel school in Bangkok. There he established a successful exchange program with a hotel school in Hasselt, Belgium.
Marlon’s commitment to skilled immigration was also evident in his previous work on the project of the Federal Ministry of Health and the company DeFa GmbH in Saarland.
His work on the current project, skilled immigration for hotel professionals, brings extensive experience and diverse language skills. Marlon speaks five Filipino dialects (Tagalog, Cebuano, Illonggo, Pangasinan and Ilokano), English as his native language, fluent Spanish, and Dutch and German (B1).
